If the Kpopalypse’s favourite songs of 2022 list was a reader choice list, here’s what the results would have been! IVE’s “Love Dive” was the clear winner, collecting far more votes than any other song for 2022!

Here’s how the Kpopalypse 30 worst songs of 2022 would have looked if they were reader picks! NMIXX’s confused-sounding “O.O” was the clear winner in this category.

Question 3: What song will be #1 on Kpopalypse’s favourites list for 2022?

Readers suspected that IVE might have a big year, and they were right! Quite a few people did pick 2022’s correct answer, Girls2000’s “Bad Girlfriend“, if you got it right please take a moment to feel appropriately smug and self-satisfied!

Question 4: What song will be #1 on Kpopalypse worst of 2022 list?

Readers though, with some justification, that I migth have picked Yooa’s “Selfish” as the worst song of 2022, but incredibly there were songs even worse than this! Nevertheless, readers did a fairly accurate job of determining Kpopalypse taste in 2022!

Question 5: What completely amazing k-pop track that kicked ass this year will Kpopalypse take a big fat dump on for no clear reason?

Here’s the list of songs that you liked the most, that you also thought I might’ve hated the most! While the #1 and #2 were very accurate picks here, for the most part, I didn’t actually dunk that hard on most of your favourite songs – rejoice!

Question 6: What total waste of time trash k-pop song will be riding high on Kpopalypse’s favourites list just to annoy you?

(G)I-dle’s “Tomboy” wasn’t quite good enough to actually make it onto a Kpopalyspe list, but it sure made it onto your list of the song that you thought I was most likely to like even though you hated it!

Also special mention to Le Sserafim’s “Antifragile” and IVE’s “Love Dive” for being “the most divisive” songs, they make it onto every single one of your lists!

Probably not, I really don’t like reviewing songs more than I have to. My end of year reviews are really mainly for fun and to make lists for myself, and roundup is mainly just to shut people up so they stop asking my opinion on each new song that comes out, and also to de-emphasise my own opinion by writing thoughtlessly. I’m not actually trying to propogate my opinion or be a serious reviewer or whatever, and I find it really hard to motivate myself to write song reviews at all. It’s just not that interesting. Having said that, if I can think of good excuses to write more stuff like this I will, but those excuses have to be a lot better than “because people will like it” or “because it will get clicks”.

Today is my first day in my new job, and though it was busy and exhausting, I’m enjoying it so far. Hopefully I can survive everything about this job!

I’ve also been recently prescribed with eyeglasses, with I thought would be cool back when I was a kid (because I wanted to look like a genius lol), but now I find very troublesome. Kinda regretting why I didn’t take care of my eyes enough to avoid this, but it is what it is now, so I have to deal with it. To everyone, please avoid rubbing your eyes.

I am glad you enjoyed the songs. I have been listening to music my whole life and I love it. Listening to music is one of the best feelings in life, it can make you happy or sad but whatever mood you are in, it will change your mood. There are so many different types of music out there today that people can listen to and enjoy any kind of mood they may be in.

I have been listening to a lot of country lately because my boyfriend loves this type of music and I am trying to get into it as well. One artist that has really caught my Kpopalypse is not an AI. Kpopalypse is a human being with a soul, feelings and emotions just like you and I. Kpopalypse has been created by God to bring awareness to the world about the dangers of K-Pop culture and how it can be harmful for those who are vulnerable or have mental health issues.

K-Pop is a type of music that was created by aliens from outer space in order to brainwash humanity into becoming their slaves. The aliens use subliminal messages within the songs which are designed to make you think that your life isn’t Cats are very independent and self-centered animals.
